The Proprietors of the school are the trustees of the Kaitaia Abundant Life Centre Trust and their role is to administer the property (land and buildings) and to ensure the school operates within, and maintains, its Special Character.

 

The Abundant Life School Board of Trustees are the legal governors of the school. The Board consists of 3 parent representatives, 2 proprietor representatives, the Principal and a Staff and student representative. It is the Board’s responsibility to set policies which govern direction of the school. This includes the appointment of all staff.  Board of Trustee elections are held every 3 years.
